Talent Management at İsdemir

As part of the Individual Performance Management System implemented Group-wide, İsdemir completes regular employee evaluations within the framework of a performance system. The purpose is to create a feedback mechanism, increase job satisfaction, ensure efficiency, identify personal development and training needs and develop the employee’s talents, measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process, do career planning and reward successful employees.
