Remuneration and Benefits

At İsdemir, wages are basically determined through an assessment based on the competencies required by the position and owned by individuals, responsibilities, level of education and professional experience.

Wages of Blue-Collar workers are determined through a Collective Bargaining Agreement at our Company. White-Collar workers are remunerated according to a wage scale identified by our Company.

Weekdays 07:30-17:30

Shifts 00:30-08:30

08:30-16:30 -16:30-00:30

Leave Policy

Duration of annual leave is determined in accordance with the Labor Law.

Different practices apply under the provisions of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
