Training Policy

Within the days of the fact that knowledge means power, the basic resources in order to realize our vision “to become a global company” and to create a difference on international competition are human resources.
In this context our basic goal for our employees is to realize them to become qualified and complete in every aspect, to equip our employees with the required knowledge and skills required for the specific work and working environment and also for them to adopt the corporate’s culture.
We have two basic approaches in order to realize our goal, which covers both corporate as well as individual.
Individual based approach is to realize our employees’s career planning as well as meeting the corporate expectations in an appropriate way for development of our employees and to give limited support in this scope.
As for our corporate approach, putting forward an idea for continuous development and improvement of our present human resources.
Moving from this perspective, our goal to create the opportunity to reach the staff – function competency in a very short period, which is gained through performing job analyses and to develop measurable systematics in order to obtain control. We are performing in-house and external originated trainings to realize this goal.
The external obtained trainings are providing corporate and continuity fundamentals. As for our in- house trainings, we use special designed training modules with “department training system” fundamentals, behaviour focused trainings and learning by experiencing methods.
The training modules are on a global company standard level, including human resources competencies determined for our company. This is done through performing scientific techniques, possession of objective and sub-objective and also originated by realizing job definition behaviours.    
In this scope all formed training objectives, are measured with specific training evaluation methods and “on-the-job” evaluation methods. Observation of effectiveness and continuousness of the training, process results are monitored periodically by using improved measurement tools. These tools are tested upon example model groups. As for the results, which are evaluated subsequently and are used to improve training standards.
The effectiveness of trainings is related to the effectiveness of the instructors. Because of this matter and with relation to the need of deployment, our company has brought up a required amount of training consultants, who can fulfill this specific need. Training consultants are working together with the Training Department for planning and coordination, simultaneously they provide consultancy for other departments in the scope of training contents, applications and deployment. These personnel have standardized competencies, possibilities to become a role model and consists of persons on a manager level insofar as it is possible. In addition, this group is also working together with training coordinators assigned at each department.
As for training applications, the participants are exploring by resolving cause and effect relations, at the same time we can see sharing in an amusing way.  
Training plans, to cover our employees individual career expectations together with corporate objectives and forming a content-based motivation amongst our employees. In the scope of giving value to humans in general, our employees and the success sensation satisfaction of our employees is also an indicator for our corporate’s development. Being aware of this situation, our training costs do not form the limit of the training budget but the cost-efficiency-productivity per person is our most important success factor. This is the reason why training modules continuation of internal and external sources are being done and looked over, decisions are made for probable changes on a yearly bases depending on the measure of the attaining level for our vision and our corporate goals.
Within the scope of these principles, our company will become a learning organization with continuously improving training applications.
